Is the Primo Mini powerful enough for a busy workplace?
Yes. The Primo Mini can serve up to 360 cups per hour, with drinks ready in under 12 seconds. It’s designed to handle constant use throughout the day in offices, receptions, and public areas.
Does instant coffee mean the drinks won’t taste as good?
Not at all. The Primo Mini uses high-quality soluble coffee, milk and chocolate to produce consistent, great-tasting drinks. For many workplaces, it’s the perfect balance of convenience, speed and flavour.
What’s the difference between the Primo Mini and Primo Midi?
The Mini is the smaller 3 canister version, ideal for businesses that want a compact machine with a wide menu of drinks. The Midi is larger, with more canisters and capacity, making it better suited to very high volume sites.
How easy is it to clean and maintain?
Very easy. We recommend flushing the machine three times a day, and the mixing bowls and pipes are push-fit so they can be removed and rinsed in minutes. Daily upkeep is quick and simple compared to traditional espresso machines.
Do I need anything in place before installation?
The machine runs from a standard UK 13 AMP plug socket and needs an isolated water connection. If you’re not sure whether your site is ready, contact us and we’ll guide you through what’s needed.
Is it cheaper to run than a Bean To Cup machine?
Yes. The Primo Mini uses soluble ingredients that last longer, reduce waste and don’t require the intensive daily cleaning of a Bean To Cup system. This keeps running costs predictable and lower, while still providing a wide choice of drinks.
What support do you offer after installation?
We can provide service plans that cover filter changes, routine checks and ongoing support. This helps you stay on top of maintenance and ensures your warranty remains protected.
