We currently ship to commercial addresses within mainland England.
Order Processing & Handling
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of being placed. Handling time before dispatch is 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed, dispatched, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Lead Times & Delivery Estimates
Standard delivery within mainland England, Scotland and Wales usually takes 1 to 7 business days. Some machines and specialist equipment may have extended lead times (e.g. 2–6 weeks) if made to order, imported, or subject to manufacturer availability.
Estimated delivery dates will be confirmed by email once your order has been processed. If you’d like an estimated lead time before placing your order, please contact us — we’re happy to advise.
Delivery Conditions
Commercial equipment deliveries may require suitable access, adequate space for offloading, and a contact person on-site to receive the goods. Unless installation is included, delivery is to kerbside or main entrance only. Please ensure you have the necessary staff or equipment on-site to move the goods if required.
Please inspect all deliveries carefully upon arrival:

If visible damage is present, do not sign for the delivery and notify us immediately.

If damage is discovered after signing, you must call us straight away and provide photographs so we can raise the issue with the courier within their timeframes.
Once the equipment has been signed for in good condition, it is considered accepted and final sale, except where a warranty issue is later confirmed.
Failed deliveries due to site inaccessibility or lack of contact may result in additional charges or delays.
Engineer Delivery & Installation
Some machines include professional installation by one of our trained engineers. If your order includes this service:

The machine will either be delivered with the engineer on the day of installation, or shipped in advance with a scheduled engineer visit to follow.

Do not unpack, install, or attempt to operate the equipment prior to installation. Unauthorised handling, installation, or tampering may void the manufacturer’s warranty and may result in refusal of after-sales support.
If you’re unsure whether your order includes installation, please contact us prior to delivery.
Tracking & Delivery Updates
Tracking details will be provided where available, depending on the courier and shipping method used. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has left the warehouse, including any relevant tracking information.
Shipping Costs & Returns
Shipping is free for deliveries within mainland England, Scotland and Wales. Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a return.
If a return is processed, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty or confirmed under warranty.
